I purchased a Missta bottle in October and accidentally ordered the wrong colour. I sent a quick email after placing the order and the team at Missta updated my order and sent the colour that I wanted instead.
In December, I noticed the light on the thermometer lid was flashing without the button being pressed. I sent another email with a video explaining the issue and within 2 hours, I had a response and a new lid being sent to me!
Mel is so prompt in her responses and acted quickly to resolve the small issues that I had.
Love the Missta bottle so much but I think I love their customer service more!!! Thank you 🙏

Makes formula feeding so easy and leaving the house a breeze! I got two bottles so I constantly have water ready to go 😊 also love how minimal it is, it removes the need for all sorts of formula prep equipment
When I first saw the missta bottle advertised after my second baby had outgrown formula, I thought “what a ridiculously unnecessary item, no one needs that!” And I was so skeptical about it. Fast forward to having just had my 3rd baby who needed formula top ups, my sister in law lent me her missta to help with the overnight feeds. Well what an absolute game changer the Missta is! Sure, I used to know exactly how long to heat the cold boiled water before making the formula, but convenience of always having the perfect temperature ready to go is wonderful. I have since purchased my own bottle and now preach about it to any friend who is pregnant or has a newborn!
I use the missta bottle every single day at home and on outings. Its such a relief having ready to go water for feeds. I intend to keep it for myself when the little one no longer needs it. Holds its temperature really well asadvertised and I dont know how I lived without it.
I actually purchased this to use for my protein shakes at work - so much easier to take this with a couple of days worth of shakes, then just add to my shaker and milk at work when I want to have breakfast!
I bought it for my grand daughter her mum said it was the best thing ever very happy indeed 😊
This has been an absolute game changer!! Works so well we use every day, we have two and just rotate through them both 10/10 no complaints
