Domestic Shipping
All Missta our orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from our Warehouse (Breakwater 3219).
Once it has been dispatched, please use Australia Post or Aramex's timeframe for delivery to your area. Please note that if you purchase Express Shipping, this does not guarantee same-day dispatch; it means that you’re buying the shipping service through Aus Post and therefore the Express Shipping time frame is from when our parcels are collected from our warehouse and in Australia Post’s hands.
FREE Local Pickup is available from our Warehouse in Breakwater.
Collection Days are: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10am - 1pm.
Warranty:
Your Missta Bottle has a 1 year warranty on all parts.
With correct storage and average use, your lid battery is designed to have up to 5 year battery life. If your lid runs out of battery, please let the friendly team at Missta know by emailing hello@missta.com.au to claim a discounted replacement lid. Proof of purchase and a video of the faulty lid is required to claim your discounted lid.
