WE ARE HERE TO HELP AND WE ALWAYS WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU'RE GETTING THE MOST OUT OF YOUR MISSTA BOTTLE.

WE HAVE COMPILED A MINI LIST OF OUR MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

1. How do I fill my Missta Bottle?

There are several ways to fill the Missta bottle! It is important to fill your Missta bottle with water at serving temperature.

We recommend to begin with 500ml (2 cups/16oz) completely cooled sterilised water plus  250ml boiling water (1 cup/8oz).
You can boil the sterilised water in advance, to avoid waiting for it to completely cool down and leave it to cool on the bench top or in the fridge. Continue Reading our "Ways to prepare sterilised water">>
2. How long is water considered sterilised after boiling?
After boiling, water is considered sterilised for 24 hours! Water should only be brought to boiling point once. Ensure you empty your kettle and boil fresh water every time.
3. How do I sterilise my Missta bottle?
Your Missta bottle can be submerged in boiling water or alternatively can be filled with boiling water to wash it out.
Do NOT submerge the lid in boiling water. The lid has electrical elements and cannot be put under water.
To clean the lid, you can dip the BASE of the lid in boiling water.
4. How often do I have to clean my Missta bottle?
As with every product, how often you clean it is up to you. It is a clean product as it only houses sterilised water.
You can use warm soapy water to wash out your Missta bottle. Always allow it to air dry and do NOT use an abrasive sponge as it will scratch the paint.
5. I have lost my USB charging cord!! What do I do?
We specifically designed Missta to be compatible with a common charging cord that is easily accessible if lost. It is called a Micro USB cord and can be purchased at your local supermarket!
