Today we are going to talk about our customer reviews.
You’ve probably heard us say this before and we sound like a broken record, but customer service truly is our BIGGEST priority.
We pride ourselves on our speedy responses and our 'no question is a dumb question' approach. We often say, contact us through our socials and literally ask us anything! And you do, and we always deliver!
We love that our customers take the time out of their day to leave us a review and we also sometimes receive some of the kindest comments, and nothing makes us happier.
We read every single review that is submitted and they absolutely make our day.
As parents who have both formula fed at some point, we know the stigma and negativity that can occasionally come with formula feeding, so we designed a product that is easy, safe and stylish to use. Something that people can be proud to pull out of their nappy bag at a cafe, park, airport, or anywhere in the world.
One thing many people don’t realise is that not every person has the opportunity to breastfeed....
These are a few of the reasons our Missta community have told us why they introduced formula;
- Cancer survivors who have undergone a double mastectomy
- Attempted to feed for months with bleeding nipples
- Severe mental health issues which result in hospital stays
- Same sex parents
- Mothers needing/wanting to return to work
- Simply choosing to formula feed
At the end of the day, in 2023, this is no one else’s choice or business but the parents!!
We have received messages and reviews from parents that have made new friends at local parks due to the common ground of both using Missta bottles. Nothing warms our hearts more! We are a community where we want you to feel safe and valid no matter what your feeding journey may be.
