Highly, highly recommend! My oldest is 11 years old and back then I used a normal flask when we would leave home for her bottles. Our youngest just turned 1 and this has been an absolute game changer! Unlike a normal flask this actually keeps the water at a safe temperature for 12+ hours. So good for those newborn night feeds to have right by your bed so you dont have to go to the kitchen and even better for when you gotta go out. Every parent needs one of these!

I purchased a Missta bottle in October and accidentally ordered the wrong colour. I sent a quick email after placing the order and the team at Missta updated my order and sent the colour that I wanted instead.

In December, I noticed the light on the thermometer lid was flashing without the button being pressed. I sent another email with a video explaining the issue and within 2 hours, I had a response and a new lid being sent to me!

Mel is so prompt in her responses and acted quickly to resolve the small issues that I had.

Love the Missta bottle so much but I think I love their customer service more!!! Thank you 🙏
